The general delivery and business terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and all other services with Vivienne Nails London Ltd.  Any further amendments or negotiations require a written confirmation from us. Products from Vivienne Nails can only be ordered according to the following delivery and business terms.  By ordering and accepting the delivery in full or in part, you agree to these terms and conditions.  All prices are including VAT which is 20% in the UK.  All our products can be purchased by home-users or professionals, except where home-users require a specific training or are not permitted to purchase the products by law.  Products are purchased at the customers’ own risk and Vivienne Nails will not be held responsible for incorrect use due to insufficient training or advice.

Product Orders

All product orders are without obligation.  Orders are placed under the condition that products in our catalogue are available for delivery within 10 days.  Should Vivienne Nails be unable to deliver a product or service within 10 days, Vivienne Nails reserves the right to cancel the order or contract with the customer. This will have no effect on the statutory rights of the customer or of Vivienne Nails.  If there is not enough stock to provide a discount or deliver a special offer, Vivienne Nails reserves the right to cancel this order.  Pricing errors in the product range are sometimes unavoidable and will be corrected accordingly and the customer informed before delivery.


Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail, according to the law for hazardous goods. Large orders will be sent via courier.  If the product a customer has ordered is not available, it will be delivered as soon as possible. Should it not be possible to deliver an order or products due to a third party influence such as strike, unforeseen weather conditions or other influences out of our control, the delivery time will be extended to 21 days and Vivienne Nails will deliver the order or the products as soon as possible. Delivery times within the UK are approximately 3-5 working days.  Orders are packed for delivery after full payment has been received and remain the property of Vivienne Nails until all order have been fully paid.  The confirmation of safe packaging and delivery from the courier company is sufficient as proof.  Delivery is for the UK only. UK standard delivery is free.  If you are in the USA or Europe, please contact us for information.  A minimum order of £20 must be placed from our web shop.

Complaint Process

Complaints regarding faulty orders or products must be made as soon as possible or within 3 days of receipt of the order. Vivienne Nails is not obliged to correct any orders or replace any faulty products after this time, unless it an electrical item.  Electrical items have a guarantee of 1 year with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund items that are not faulty. It is not possible to make any compensation claim due to a late delivery.  Returns at the customers’ cost and returns sent to us without adequate postage will not be accepted.  Vivienne Nails reserves the right to refund postage according to each individual case.  All returns must be accompanied by a returns form with the reason for the return. Vivienne Nails will not be held responsible for damages regarding late delivery, loss of sale, loss of working hours, loss of clients or reputation due to faulty products or late delivery.  Legal action will be disregarded.

All our products are strictly tested for public use and EU certified before they reach our customers.  Use of our products is under the customers’ own risk.  The customer is responsible for acquiring the correct training and gathering enough information to use the products and Vivienne Nails will not be held responsible for incorrect use.  Faulty goods will be replaced at Vivienne Nails cost.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Any ordered products remain the property of Vivienne Nails until the order has been fully paid.  There are no credit facilities available. Orders that have been wrongly placed or can be returned at an administration cost of 25% of the value of the order.  The correct returns procedure according to UK law is the responsibility of the customer and is for the customers’ account.


Where there is a dispute, UK law applies and the court of jurisdiction is UK.


Should any of the points in these Terms & Conditions be declared invalid, all other points remain the same.
